Respected sister! I read your letter to Syed Munawar Hasan,At the beginning you taunted him on his views about Rape in stereotypical manner even though Jamaat e Islami cleared the air regarding that matter immediately after that statement may be you want to live in a oblivious world or believe what you try to portray about JI. Syed Munawar Hasan Vehemently condemned the rape of 5 year old Girl in Lahore,but you probably didn't notice that because it wouldn't have helped you to do mud slinging on JI and its leadership because after all as a feminist,liberal Woman in Pakistan that is what you are suppose to do ant you, If you are really concerned about rape victims not getting Justice in Pakistan may be you should write a letter to enlightened moderate Pervez Musharraf or Liberal and Secular Altaf Hussain because Hudood laws on rape which JI supported were repealed by Musharraf with support of PPP,PMLQ and MQM in parliament in 2006,And they passed new laws on rape and adultery in the name of women protection Bill,and JI opposed that so called women protection bill because it didn't protect women from rape but certainly protected Adultery. the so called women protection bill didn't give justice to Mukhtara Mai and it may not give justice to five year old victim of pedophilia either because it was never meant to provide justice to women. may be rape victims will get justice if people like you speak truth on the issue or at least utter truth about it rather than maligning a party(Jamaat e Islami)which has a just stance on it. 

In second half of your letter just like your secular and liberal friends you mixed up apples and oranges. or more precisely you mixed up US crusade in Afghanistan with Jihad of Afghan Mujahideen against occupying Red army of Soviet Union.you should read history before writing letter to Syed Munawar Hasan and than demanding reply. the war against Soviet Union was not a war of USA it was a war of Muslims and Afghans because Red invaded and occupied Afghanistan.not US it killed more than a million Afghans not even one American was killed in that war. in 1979 red army invaded Afghanistan and from 79 to 81 for about 2 years there was no help at all from US.the Afghan Mujahideen fought on their own against Red army and JI supported them. when Ronald Reagan became US President. he decided to help Mujahideen against red army for his own countries interests. and than US provided money and weapons but that didn’t make it US war. war is always of a Nation whose land is occupied and whose people are killed and red army occupied Afghan land and killed Afghan Muslims.and it was a genuine Jihad for liberation of Muslim country from occupation of Godless communist Red Army regardless of where Mujahideen got assistance from to fight red army.It was a war of Afghans and Muslims.secondly its not about US its about policies and circumstances at that time Soviet Union waged war on Muslims and killed Muslims. our army for whatever reason supported freedom fighters and opposed occupation where as in the last decade US waged war on Muslims in the name of war on terror and killed thousands of innocents Muslims from Iraq to Afghanistan. and our military establishment supported US invasion and occupation of Afghanistan. it assisted US in killing Muslims in the name of war on terror. its unIslamic to support US war against Muslims just like it was unIslamic to support USSR war against Muslims in 1980s. JI policy is consistent. it always supports resistance of Muslims against occupation no matter weather its against USSR in Afghanistan or US in Afghanistan. weather its against India in occupied Kashmir or Zionists in Palestine. JI supports Muslims fighting against Non Muslim forces for liberation of their country.

I think you should check your facts before writing letters to anyone and specially Amir Jamaat e 

Islami no matter weather its Syed Munawar Hasan or someone else in the future. 

 

Rape,lies and Yellow Journalism

Media can easily turn truth into falsehood and falsehood into truth.Classic example was its propaganda against Islamic Hudood laws on rape and adultery which were repealed and amended in 2006 during dictator Musharraf's era. The MMA,PMLN and Imran Khan opposed the amendments and so called women protection bill while PMLQ,MQM and PPP supported the amendments.the most pathetic propaganda against Hudood laws was that if women gets raped and goes to court for justice she needs to have 4 witnesses or else she will be convicted of adultery. now anyone who hears that would say that its a cruel and insane law. but reality was contrary to that myth. there were 2 provisions for rape in Hudood ordinance section 6 stated if rape complainant presents 4 witnesses than culprit will be given sentence of 100 lashes if unmarried or stoning if married. but section 10(3) (which is not mentioned by lying hypocrites who oppose Islamic law in this country) states that if 4 witnesses are not presented and rape in proven through any circumstantial evidence or scientific evidence than culprit would be given sentence of 25 years imprisonment and if you look at the record most of the cases were resolved according to section 10(3) of hudood ordinance and hundreds of rapists were sent to jail for 25 years. last year during an interview Ameer e Jamaat Syed Munawar Hasan was asked about why JI supported Hudood ordinance with the old lie that it demanded 4 witnesses for conviction of rapist. now Syed Munawar probably thought what that lying anchor is saying is true so he gave very controversial answer to defend JI position.Which was embarrassing to say the least after that anti JI people started doing filthy propaganda against JI on matter of rape. based on edited video of that statement. which even prompted JI supporters and sympathisers to criticize JI on the matter. because they didn't new the truth.  even though JI gave clarification immediately on statement of Syed Munawar Hasan and clarified its position on matter of rape and also exposed the lie against Hudood Ordinance   
still some people have continued to do abusive propaganda against JI and Islamic law based on that interview from last year. which shows that these people are not concerned about the matter of rape and JI opinion on it but they just want to malign JI otherwise when JI has clarified its official position on matter of rape which contravenes statement of Syed Munawar Hasan there is no justification for criticizing and maligning JI and Hudood laws based on that statement from last year. but some people have no shame and probably no fear of God they again started this filthy propaganda on social media after 5 years old girl Sumbal was dishonoured by a jerk in Lahore. and WusatUllah Khan of BBC Urdu even wrote an article on it which was more of against JI than in favour of Sumbul . his article was full of lies from start to finish. he wrote at beginning. Syed Munawar Hasan nay Haliyah interiview main kaha.... now as far as I know anything which is older than a year can't be called Haliyah in Urdu language,specially when you are talking about a man who has given many interviews in calender year but anyway who would have questioned him on this lie and disinformation? he just wanted to malign JI in front of gullible people. he also penned down all the old lies of media about Hudood ordinance and so called women protection bill in that article. which was a perfect example of yellow journalism. and how truth about Hudood Ordinance was shrouded and ugly reality of so called women protection bill which was hidden

the lesson from this whole propaganda for JI is that in this harsh and cruel world where every thing is manipulated by the media specially if its related to Islam you have to be careful about what you say and JI leaders should know the truth about such things even if the questioner lies they should be well prepared to answer properly and illustrate real position of JI and Islam on such matters. otherwise our country is not short of gullible people who believe whatever they see,hear and read from hypocrites who lie against Islam and Islamists and forget the basic trait of humanity which is to tell the truth. 
May Allah SWT help us all know and follow the truth. and give us wisdom and courage to stand up for Islam. Ameen

Elections,Jamaat e Islami and future

The Results of Elections are out. And I have to say being an ideological supporter of JI that the election results were nothing but like a horrifying dream, Though I am one of those people who believes that real Islamic change cannot come through the current electoral system that we have in Pakistan specially after article 62-63 of the constitution was ridiculed rather than being implemented in letter and spirit but still me and most other supporters of JI were expecting JI to win at least 10 seats of National Assembly. but it only won 3 seats. though JI was robbed out in Karachi where its position is better than most other parts of the country, and top leadership of the party is also dominantly from Karachi but in rest of the country JI did not win any seat except 2 seats of Dir and 1 in Buner. which was shocking to say the least. Now Hopefully there will be re-elections in Karachi under the supervision of Army and impartial presiding officers and JI can improve upon its numbers in the National Assembly. And if re-elections don't take place in Karachi than it would be a big blow for JI. because young workers who worked very hard during a very good campaign may leave the party because of
disappointment. There is a lot to ponder about for JI leadership. After such a good and smooth preparation for the elections the results have been very bad for JI. The Islamic Movement which was founded by Syed Abu Ala Maudoodi has failed to confine its revolutionary ideological narrative with the traditional politics of Pakistan and that is why it has always come out as a fringe party after elections. JI deserves far more than 3 seats of National assembly even if we don't count Karachi. There is no party of its mould in the country the only literature based political party with its own think tanks,which has strongest and most disciplined organization throughout the country,most committed workers, largest welfare Network,largest women wing, largest student wing no corruption charges no candidates disqualified for fake degrees or any reason and last but not least the only party which has conduct intra-party elections ever since its inception on schedule and always had elected leadership, but despite these distinct qualities JI is lacking behind many other parties in elections. though I don't link JI's success with number of seats and victory in elections but if this system and elections are the means to bring about Islamic change which JI promises and we want it than JI has make to few reforms. next year probably in March tenure of Syed Munawar Hasan as Amir will end and there will be elections to elect Amir. Though Syed Munawar Hasan has led JI with sincerity but I think Now is the best time to elect a new,young and energetic Amir. Syed Munawar Hasan is over 70 years of Age. He can't lead JI for 5 more years. And after disappointing results in elections

JI needs a new and young leadership. JI has so many young educated workers in Shabab e Mili and in Islami Jamiat e Talaba. to mobilize them and motivate them to join JI and attract youth throughout the country JI needs young and active leadership,which can take JI forward with a new approach Otherwise this is not 1970 and results of these elections could have more bad effects on Jamaat e Islami than we can even think of

Cold blood

After the Iranian revolution in 1979 through some Shia organizations Iran tried to export the revolution with some Shia organizations in Pakistan with the title ''Tehreek Nifaz e fiqah Jafriya'' (movement for establishment of Jafriya school of thought). they captured secretariat in Islamabad and spread blasphemous  literature against Sahaba(RA) and also Shia orators started openly Insulting Sahaba(RA) so it was obviously a provocative movement, considering the fact that over whelming majority of Pakistanis are Sunni Muslims.After that some Sunni clerics responded with sanity and tried to calm things down but many gave gross Fatwas of heresy against Shia and also declared them liable to be killed. Consequently terrorist organizations like Sipah-e-Sahaba and Lashkar-e-Jangvi were founded(with backing of Saudi Arabia and Saddam Hussain) they poured the blood of Shia all over the country mostly attacking Shia processions in the month of Muharram, The Pakistani Government of dictator General Zia ul Haq at that time did not have good relations with Iran in fact it considered Iran an enemy like India, The Zia regime patronized sectarian terrorist outfits like SSP and LEJ rather than punishing and stopping there violence and terrorism against Shia,so in reaction the Shia made there own terrorist group by the name of Sipah e Muhammad who killed hundreds of Sunni scholars all over the country. In mid-90's with the efforts of than Jamaat e Islami Pakistan's Ameer Qazi Hussain Ahmed(RA) and Moulana Shah Ahmed Noorani(RA) of Jamiat Ullema e Pakistan the Islamic solidarity council was founded to curb sectarianism and bring unity amongst Muslims.The Islamic solidarity council included scholars and religious organizations from all school of thoughts and it managed to marginalize the sectarian elements. After US invasion  of Afghanistan which Pakistani dictatorial Government of Pervez Mushrraf fully supported the militant revolt against Pakistani Government gradually started and it was fuelled after  the first military operation in Fata in 2004. in the same year first drone attack was also taken out in Fata which resulted in killing of 82 students of a seminary.From 2002 to 2007 there were some incidents of sectarian violence some Shia Mosques were attacked, but in the last five years sectarian violence specially against Shia has escalated first it was Parachanar in north west of Pakistan where hundreds of Shia were killed by terrorists of Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan but they were also met with stiff resistance from the local Shia population and than killing of Shia started from Balochistan to Gilgit Baltistan. meanwhile there were also attacks on Shia Muharram processions all over the country.More Shias have been killed under the current regime of Pakistan people's party than ever before under any regime but incompetent and irresponsible Government has been insensitively complacent and silent on this matter. Hundreds of Shia Hazara have been killed in Quetta in last four years but PPP Government in Balochistan let alone protecting the persecuted Shia hazara has been totally negligent on the matter and it has left the Shia Hazara community alone against the terrorists, The Chief Minister Balochistan has not sad a word on killing of hundreds of people in the capital of his province based on there identity, but what has been worst about this calamity is that secular circles on social media who are very vocal on Shia killings have used the Shia killings for opportunistic propaganda they criticize opposition for not doing enough and criticize just about everyone on this issue but they never questioned and criticized the silence and negligence of central and provincial PPP Government over killing of Shias specially in Balochistan, In fact some PPP representatives rage a lot about Shia killings on social media but much of there outrage as always is missed placed they criticized just about everyone on thise issue but not the PPP Government which has been totally silent and negligent on this issue, If there was JI or even PMLN Government in Balochistan they would have said that Government is responsible for the mass killing of Shias but in case of PPP that is not the case because PPP is  exempt from any responsibility,It just reflects how shamelessly hypocritical they are, couple of days back 81 people (mostly Shia Hazara) were killed in Quetta in two bomb blasts but the Chief Minister Balochistan at that time was just chilling out with his family in Dubai, it just reflects the mindset of feudal corrupt dynasty of PPP they want to rule and loot the country but don't want to accept and full fill there responsibility,

after the attack in Quetta the Shia Hazara community with support of Sunnis sat in freezing weather of Quetta in protest against terrorism and Governments negligence on the issue, its embarrassing for me as Pakistani that in my country my fellow Pakistani Muslims citizens have to sit in freezing weather with dead bodies(which should be in graves) to demand justice and security from there own so called democratic Government, senior Journalist Talat Hussain last night tweeted '' If President Zardari and PM Raja had any shame one of them should be in Quetta by now'' I suppose the word shame does not exist in the dictionary of morally corrupt Zardari and Raja Rental, the terrorists of LEJ who have poured the blood of Shia Hazara (who are known to be very peaceful people) are cold blooded terrorists but our rulers who are negligent about there responsibilities are cold blooded tyrants,
May Allah SWT give strength and forbearance to Shia Hazara brothers and liberate Pakistan from cold blooded terrorists and cold blooded corrupt tyrant rulers, Ameen
